On 17 July 2025, the Ukrainian Public Union «Spatial Parks Cluster of Ukraine» organised Sofiivka Travel 2025, a tourism-focused meeting hosted at Sofiyivka National Dendrological Park. The event gathered representatives of travel agencies, guides, tour leaders, and tourism professionals from across Ukraine.
The aim of the meeting was to strengthen dialogue between the tourism sector and Sofiyivka, and to discuss key issues that affect the quality of tourist services, route development, and new opportunities for visitors.
A central part of the event was a panel discussion, where participants outlined the most pressing needs of the tourism sector and proposed potential solutions that could be realised within the park’s activities.
Special guests included:
- leading researchers and representatives of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
- Yevhen Synelnykov – traveller, director, and presenter of the TV project “Heads and Tails” (“Orel i Reshka”), and creator of the project “Craft Travels”, who shared his experience in developing local tourism destinations and “magnetic” locations.
Sofiivka Travel 2025 became a platform for dialogue, exchange of experience, and the emergence of new ideas that will help make the park even more open, modern, and visitor-friendly.
