Consent to Personal Data Processing

By clicking “I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data” on the website https://www.parks.in.ua/, the User – a natural person and subject of personal data – provides Public Union «Spatial Parks Cluster of Ukraine» with unconditional consent to collect, process, use, and store their personal data.

As a user of the website https://www.parks.in.ua/, I hereby give my consent to the Public Association “Ukrainian Spatial Parks Cluster” to process my personal data, including but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, and other contact details.

By checking the consent box on the website, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The Data Controller has the right to process my personal data in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
  • The Data Controller undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases required by law (including requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities).

 

Rights Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”

  • The User has the right to:
    know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, and the purpose of processing;
  • obtain information about the conditions under which access to personal data is granted;
  • access their personal data;
  • receive, within 30 calendar days, confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed and information about its content;
  • request objection, correction, or deletion of personal data if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
  • withdraw their consent at any time.


The Data Controller shall take all legally required measures to protect personal data, including the use of secure technical and organizational safeguards.

  • By checking the box “I agree to the collection and processing of my personal data” on the website, I confirm that:
    I have been informed that my data will be included in the personal data database;
  • I am aware of the purpose for which my data will be processed;
  • I have been informed of my rights under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”;
  • I understand that my data may be transferred for the purposes stated above in cases provided for by law.


This consent is provided in accordance with Articles 7, 8, and 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and remains valid indefinitely until revoked by submitting a written notice to the Public Association Public Union «Spatial Parks Cluster of Ukraine».
